In mid October two trainers from the States along with our national partner from Sierra Leone arrived in Ghana to begin the second phase of Tree of Life/T2S training.  These new master trainers received the next three modules of the training that focuses on disciples making disciples.  These lessons also teach disciples the fundamentals of the Christian faith.  Discipleship within the West African church is sparse at best.  The training not only trains disciples how to make disciples, but roots the disciple in the word of God.  As a result, these disciples are growing and maturing in Christ which makes them a better missionary to their people.  As we reported last month there has been a substantial multiplication of new believers and new training groups.  We are starting to instruct these master trainers how to guide these training groups into home churches.  We will return to Ghana in January to complete the third phase of the training.  Please be praying for these faithful workers in the harvest.

In October we completed the second phase of training in Liberia.  Two master trainers from Sierra Leone traveled to Liberia and taught the next three modules to these new master trainers.  These trainers have been very faithful since receiving the first three modules of Tree of Life/T2S.  Below you will see six new baptized believers.  One of the newly trained master trainers immediately took the training and began to work in the remote villages by sharing the gospel and training a small number of believers.  These six men gave their lives to Christ as a result of obedient disciples proclaiming the wonderful news of our Lord Jesus Christ!

We want to update you on the work in Pakistan.  Via Zoom, we had the privilege of training Pastor Pervaiz and his son who is an evangelist in Tree of Life/T2S.  We meet regularly through Zoom and continue to coach and encourage these wonderful missionaries.  As of late October they have trained 8 groups for a total of 167 disciples.  They are currently training 4 groups with another 41 disciples.  They have developed their own master trainers and are beginning to send them out to different locations in Pakistan.  They have reported 10 baptisms as a result of the training and other new believers.  There are other training groups that have formed through those they have trained.  They have translated the training material into their local language.  Pakistan is a difficult place to be a witness for Christ please pray for them to be bold.  They do have specific needs to help further the Gospel, an additional 200 training manuals and a small projector to show the Jesus Film.  By giving to T2S you can help us help Pakistan and other countries in receiving items needed.

Our first group of Hispanic trainers graduated in September! This small group of faithful disciples shared the Gospel with over two hundred people.  As a result 21 people gave their lives to Christ! They also trained other disciples including a group of disciples in Mexico.

There are currently 4 different training groups that are on-going.  These local master trainers are being faithful as they train disciples who are proclaiming the Gospel and training others to do the same.  If you would be interested in hearing more about how you can start a group, please click on the button below.

Our desire is to continue to train national disciples within West Africa to reach their people.  The best missionary is the national missionary.  The Lord has blessed this Biblical strategy.  We have seen by God's grace great multiplication, but this strategy does take resources in order to send and support the training effort.  Please support this ministry in our effort to fulfill the Great Commission.

Prayer is powerful. We have been blessed to see the blessing that has come to this ministry.  We know it is to bring Glory to the Lord.

Pray for the National Master Trainers as they take this training into remote villages in West Africa.

Pray for Pakistan as the training grows that hearts will be open to the Gospel.

Pray for additional training groups to be started in the United States.  

Pray that the Lord would provide more resources for gospel sharing tools and training where needed.
